Project Description

There are three parts to this project:
1) A simple character recognition system capability of reading a two digit number.
2) The ability to recognize & match a specific screen location against a single stored image/color.
3) An alert system.

We will accept bids for all three together or just for the first two sections only.
Code will need to work from VBA in Excel; we prefer the code to be written in VBA although we are open to use of another programming language as long as it works seamlessly with our current code. Coding should be done in English. Compatibility with Excel 2003 SP3.

Full details are given in the two attached files containing two MS Word documents:
Document one: Project instructions for character/ graphic recognition & alert system.
Document two: Examples for the character & graphic recognition.

PLEASE READ BOTH ATTACHED DOCUMENTS CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING. Acceptance of this project is in accordance with the full acceptance of the project details as described in the attached files.

Completion of the project shall be deemed as the time when all specified functions are working as described. You agree in advance that a partly finished job incapable of fulfilling the defined objectives will not be accepted. The resulting coding will become our property for whatever use we deem necessary.

VERIFICATION: TO PROVE THAT YOU'VE OPENED THE TWO ATTACHED DOCUMENTS BEFORE MAKING YOUR BID, PLEASE GIVE ANSWERS TO THE TWO VERIFICATION QUESTIONS GIVEN AT THE END OF EACH DOCUMENT. ANY BIDS ON THIS PROJECT WHO DO NOT GIVE ANSWERS TO THESE QUESTIONS WITH THEIR BID WILL BE IGNORED.
