I need MS Word macro for extracting the client data (first name, last name, address etc.) from MySQL database and insert the data to word document.
This should work the following way:
The user who is using the macro will create a word document. Then at some place (where the data should be inserted) the user will type either name or client number and then click on the macro button (or press the shortcut for the macro). The macro should connect to the DB, search for matching clients and insert the client data if only one client is found, or if many clients are matching the search data eventually display a list to choose from.
It will be perfect if the data can be formatted as table or something similar...
