I have a voip call shop software. The software i install for my customers on their computers.
They use this software to make calls. However many times the calls are been dropped on its own.
I thought it was my voip carrier. I had asked them and they said because calls are failing with cause code "ACK not Received"
I need you to use wireshark and figure out this problem and fix it.
