Use the open source "Wiki Source software" to create interface where users can register and sign in using an "open ID" or "gmail user name and password" (so that we dont have to manage and or store their passwords) to collaborate and make changes to text that has been extracted from a PDF document.

Interface will allow for PDF document to be uploaded by the user and its TEXT extracted (from the PDF) and placed alongside the PDF (in a text editor) so it can be edited (both are visible at the same time ideal for proofreading as well).
Language is Right to Left (HEBREW)
User will confirm after each page is done.
User will see a percentage completed bar (eg a 100 page file= after 10 pages user sees 10% completed 15= 15% completed.
Administrator will confirm after each proofread is done.
All text done by the user is AUTOMATICALLY saved in a file available to the Administrator as a backup
Each user will ONLY be able to see his OWN work and not that of others using the wiki.
Users may delete work, however, all previous versions will be saved.
Administrator will be able to manage all users and generate reports of users progress:
at any given time how many people are working on the wiki at that moment, how many pages have been completed, how many pages have been proofread, how many pages are remaining to be edited.
Will require you to upload to our server the software when done. We will also need a copy of the code so that we can make further enhancements as we need them in the future.
