Advertising Recruitment Rep

I need an Advertising Recruitment Rep to find Companies who wish to advertise on our 27 websites. The websites are for print magazines. Right now we are selling advertising at a base rate a month for the first year. Example is Skyscraper ad banner would be $2000.00 month a box banner as would be $500.00 a month and side banner ad would be $1500.00 a month and for all three at a time $5000.00 a month. By doing this saves money for the advertiser rather than CPM. This position will pay a base plus commission. Goal would like at least 10 Advertisers per website. Payment through PayPal. Must speak good English and have good business and sales skills.
