Need SEO Work Immediately!

I have a website in the "equipment leasing" and "equipment financing" keywords. It's on Page 4 of Google for Equipment Leasing, Page 3 for Equipment Financing. Yahoo, it's on Page 4. MSN it's high on Page 2. I NEED PAGE #1 ON GOOGLE for Equipment Leasing and Equipment Financing, I would even be happy just to see it up for Equipment Leasing. I don't want to be at the bottom of Page #1, as high as possible. Will pay $400 ONCE WE REACH Page #1, NO ESCROW, I don't want my money sitting there for nothing, I need to see us reach page #1 before money is sent over. The site is optimized and IBP (Internet Business Promoter) software says everything is good with it. It needs a higher Page Rank and needs to Move up. At one point it was on Page 2 on Google for Equipment Leasing but has dropped. BID BID BID BID!!
