I am looking for a developer who can either build a project on 'Visual Web Ripper' or design a bespoke web scraper that is able to carry out tasks that I require. I have experience using Visual Web Ripper with great success but due to changes in the design of some websites I have struggled to create the projects I require. I can provide more information at a later stage about the information required and the websites. It is very basic information and all visible in the HTML

I can develop a custom web scraper for you. I have done a large work using web scraping in my previous job considering also minor page changes and already have an idea how to design such a software. Note: I am not able to propose a price as the project details are unknow. So I can work for 10€/hr. I assume: you have several pages and you want to scrape fixed data fields (even though their position may change). But you personally do not want to specify which fields. No problem if this assumtion is wrong. I can still do the project.
