PSD to HTML with Jquery and Ajax with gallery and zoom enlargment

MUST READ REQUIRMENTS BEFORE BIDDING!!! I have a basic template already created. I uploaded it as site.zip. You can see there that there is a background and a menu already there, and a div for content. I need the PSD ([login to view URL]) that I uploaded to be converted to HTML and put into the content div, while not breaking any of the other components. If you take a look at the PSD you will see several things that need to be done: 1. Drop down and search box style. 2. A transparent background with six tiles on it. Each tile needs to be like the one in the top right. 3. Each tile is loaded with AJAX Asynchronously, with "loading" animated gif (on top of the background). 4. When the arrows on the background are pressed, the tiles slide out and are replaced with new ones that are loaded with AJAX the same manner. The backgrounds of the tile slide in and out with the tile. 5. The tiles are to be built as following: a. There is a title on top (above the line) that is a link b. The grey box next to it is text with a grey background, the text will change. c. Underneath the line there is a list with bullets, with a title with a blueish background. d. Under the list there are 4 icons that will be linked. e. On the right of the icons there is a button with text that will change f. On the right of the separator there are 6 icons. What you see here are just the backgrounds that will stay. The icons will be placed on top. g. Each icon will have a tooltip that will be displayed on mouse hover. The tooltip will need to fully customizable by us in the future. h. Under the list and the icons there is a gallery. The gallery needs to support also divs with custom data and not only images. 6. The larger tile is an identical magnification of the smaller one, and will animate open when the mouse is hovered over the small one, and will animate close on mouse out. 7. The tile content must be built in a way that can be modified in the future with no hassle I am a developer with an overflow of work, and there is potential for many more jobs like these in the future.
