There is a menu I want made into HTML if possible. I want to be able to edit the colors of the bars and the link names, but I need the skeleton made. Please look here: [login to view URL]
and go down to Vertical menus and then click on Redirect Horizontal and then run your mouse over one of the links. See what happens? If you can do something like this please reply.

FYI I tried to download the one they have there and it is in a language I don't understand.
