Project Description

I have a website that needs updated in the following manner:
Please visit [url removed, login to view] to see what the project will be like.

On the home page a new logo and layout has been made. I need the header and logo, the links, the 3 logos and the words: All of our locations offer convenient options for people on the move... copied to each page within the site, excluding Jobs at HandyMart which is a pdf file.

By clicking on the links you will see the OLD headers are still in place, these all need removed and replaced with the new one as you see on the home page. The project is just a copy and paste. There are a total of 7 pages that needs this update.

Second part of the project will be with the email form.
There is input for thier name and email address. After the request for the email address and before YOUR MESSAGE I would like the following inserted:

Is this in reference to a Virginia Lacation?
After that there should be a check box for them to click on yes or no. (These two fields are required for the form to work. If they click YES, they will be allowed to enter thier message in the form and it be submitted.

HOWEVER, if they click on NO, there should be a POPUP that says the following:

Our Stores are located thru out the Shenendoah Valley in [url removed, login to view] you are trying to contact a different HandyMart, please contact that local store. Thank You.

After the popup they will NOT be allowed to submit the email form.

I may from time to time have to edit this email form, so please allow for edits to be done easily.

The last part of the project:

Very simple, on the Home Page is a listing of all of the locations. One is missing the phone number. 7947 Main St, Middletown, VA PLEASE enter this phone number: (540) 869-1567

Most of this project is just copy and paste with the exception of the email form. So, please bid lightly. My customer has not paid much for this job.

Thank you.
