The wire frame shall be detailed covering the SP screens, Client screen, Home page/registration pages, system admin page all other details. Wireframe shall show all layout , buttons and is dynamic.

After that the UI desgin show be provided in Arabic and English . Design should be unique with a character preferably. No stock images!

What we need is a colored dynamic wire frame that shows , functionality, technology and locations for all users with all use cases(exceptions, success scenarios) including documentation of all alerts, success and failure messages, email and other notifications.

Then do the PSD design for the site

Then do the HTML, CSS for the design.

We need someone that understand the latest available in the market in terms of technology to help us do it right and guide us and not just take things blindly.

The site UI design ( not the wireframe) is in English and Arabic and the latest and best technology should be recommended. A theme should be created better a character or similar. The design should be unique and not copied from some where else.
