Senior Programmer needed. 3 Month Contract -- Possibly longer.

Must know C#, [url removed, login to view], SQL very well. Must also know stored procedures.

Knowledge of Java a plus (not required) for possible future projects.

Will work via remote desktop on a PC in my office in San Diego.

Programmer with good English skills required.

20 to 30 hours per week. You will be able to choose your core 4 hour block of time 5 days a week (20 hours). Any time except San Diego night time 10 PM to 6 AM. We will be able to interact during this time via Skype or Voip and Remote Desktop shadowing. You can choose any other time in 2 hour blocks for up to an additional 10 hours per week.

Time recording software (Time Doctor) will be in place on the remote work computer. Other monitoring software will also be installed (Spectorsoft). Pay for hours worked will be based on this software. Pay will be weekly via [url removed, login to view] or paypal or similar service. Start time is immediate.

There will be initially two projects.

Project 1) Build a customer portal. Database is already in place. Portal will display customer data on four main screens/functions. Full user login and administrator access. Reports in Crystal via web.

Project 2) build from the ground up a system called "Ticket to Invoice"

This will be a system to help run an MSP IT businesses. It will be a "simple and fast" web based [url removed, login to view] database system that will open support tickets, track the progress of these tickets, track time entered on tickets, approve time to go on invoices, export invoices to Quickbooks API, create PDF of invoice, email PDF. The system will also interact with email to accept/open/close tickets, accept time entries for tickets, email ticket owners status of tickets.

I programmed for over 20 years in C++, C# and SQL Server. Software will be architected and coded by my standards. This is important as I intend to take over the code when the project is complete.

The ability to follow instructions is very important for this position.

b. Tell me how the pay and the hours worked would be for you. Tell me what hours you have in mind.

d. Describe your work environment. i.e. PC setup, Internet connection (speed), Desk space, etc. I also want to know how your work space will provide you with the privacy and uninterrupted time required to concentrate on this work.
