I have one PSD file that needs to be converted into Dreamweaver templates.

I need the file to be sliced, optimized and made into a dreamweaver template with the correct fonts and menu buttons.

Design needs to be centered.

One of the buttons will display a hidden div with some links and formatted text (needs to behave like a navigation disappearing when the mouse goes outside the div.).
