There is a free Bootstrap responsive theme I want to do minor adjustments to : [login to view URL]
The adjustments are:
1) Make the menu on the very top (and stick there, like it almost does now). When the screen is not wide enough (I will only have 5 menu-buttons, no sub-menus, so it must fit on anything except a smartphone in portrait view), then there will be a navigation dropdown "Navigate to:", like on this theme: [login to view URL] IMPORTANT note: The very top (menu line) in the link (starting with text "Bootswatch") is actually not a part of the theme, even though it might seems so in a quick look (and this menu line actually behaves like I want to, if it where a part of the design).
2) Add text 'Select Language: ' with a dropdown be on the right side of the menu-line if the screen is wide enough (and also sticks (if possible?)), if not it enough width then it falls on the next line (and gets the background color of what is below the menu (in this case, it is not sticky, if possible?)).
3) Make the colors and fonts like [login to view URL]
4) Make footer much smaller, and with same background color as the top menu, with room for only one line of text, like link to designer ;) and change the back-to-top-text to an arrow.
I guess this should be a very quick job for somebody that knows what he is doing well. If somebody wants to offer less than the minium available here on Freelancer, please feel free to make a offer by sending a message to me here or to frodefi gmail com.
Thanks!
