1. Can you provide me a quote and timeline for what it take for you to take an existing page [login to view URL] and make it look like this page in the site in the attached file, New Design PDF?

2. The site will use a video player. The sample video player code is below. The size width and height of the video player will need to be updated so it fits page according to the design.
