Looking for quality links to my web site from sites that have PR.

Please state the number of one way links to my site you can provide for the bid you make.

Requirements:

1/ No blogs, message boards, etc etc - just genuine, quality links preferably on finance related sites.

2/ Links MUST be on different sites (although 1 or 2 on the same site is fine) AND different IPs.

3/ These links must be permanant and not per time period.

4/ IMPORTANT - Please provide examples of pages you could place my links on.

Would also be very interested if you could place some short text (I will write) on these sites with my link in the middle of it.
