Project Description

We are a design studio that provides design work to our clients. We do all the design work and usually outsource the HTML coding.

We are looking for a reliable, fast and competent freelance coder that can convert our email template designs into table based HTML for emails. For this particular project the client has requested the following:

• Email template for new messages (consistent of header and footer/signature)

• Signature only for replies and forwards

• The client is using Outlook 2003

• We provide a separate PSD for the email template (header, body text & signature) and a PSD template for the signature

• Email coder experience necessary (don't bid if you only know how to code websites)

• Email client compatibility for receiving and forwarding emails (pictures need to render/wrap properly in most common email clients such as Outlook Express, Outlook 2003-2010, Gmail, Yahoo! Mail, Hotmail, Apple mail, iphone, AOL Mail, Lotus Notes, Thunderbird, [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], etc)

• Keep the file as small as possible (pictures loaded from server; use absolute URL’s – folder with images to be provided by coder)

• In-line HTML

• Consider how the signature looks when the pictures/logo don’t load or are turned off

• Turnaround time from the time when you receive the PSD files: Maximum 3 days

Payment terms:

• Full payment upon completion. 100% escrow deposit.

Please provide your offer for creating a HTML email template and a HTML signature from our design provided with consideration for future ongoing work. Only bid if you have experience and can ensure that all of the above requirements are fulfilled.

Thank you.
