Maintain and update the property listings on my website (the website is based on My Realty Page software)
Assist with marketing proposal packages.
Prepare and send property information to clients and brokers on an ongoing basis.
Prepare regular mail outs, email campaigns and follow up on mail/email returns
Finding Expired Listings and their information with using MLS
Creating Blog posts
