I have a "free" website template right now for my real estate website. I need somebody to come in and create a new look and design and install appropriate plugins. This is my current site: [login to view URL] I was having a site built but the guy crapped out on me. I have uploaded the template that was going to be used. At this point, I just need a simple semi-custom real estate website that lets me blog, that is SEO optimized, has my contact information and a way to signup for my newsletter, basic/clean design, and an IDX plugin (I will purchase this, give you the code information, you just need to make sure it has its own page and doesn't screw with other plugins). My website is going to be mainly for blogging and giving information about who I am and what I do. ** I attached a copy of a website I was having built. The guy scammed me and ripped me off, so it never was completed. Use this as reference.**
