I am in need of a professional website where people can purchase my concierge services where I will go and buy lottery tickets for them. The website needs to include the following:

Both Desktop and Mobile Website Versions

Front End:

• Users create an account

• Users link their PayPal account to their account

• Select Between Powerball or Mega Millions Lottery (shows current jackpot for each)

• Display Prices of each ticket type and allows users to select quantity of each

• Users select whether they want to manually select numbers or have randomly selected numbers

o Ability to generate a random set of numbers

• Users can submit their ticket request

• Confirms the total ticket price plus processing fee

• View and Accept terms and conditions

• Sends money to the business PayPal account

• Users are sent a confirmation email stating their numbers and a purchase receipt

• Plus other basic website needs

Back End:

• Manage all accounts

• Change PayPal email address

• Change current lottery jackpots

• Change prices of each lottery ticket

• Manage processing fee by percent and able to create a minimum processing fee

o Ex. 10% processing fee but a minimum of $[url removed, login to view]

• Export CSV file with users info and lottery numbers for all purchases between a selected time frame

• Input latest drawing result

o System will automatically calculate winners and losers and send an email to them stating how much they won.

• System will send a confirmation email after purchase with lottery numbers and receipt

• Plus other basic website needs
