Convert web sited to CSS based design

Hi, Our website needs a simple rework. Nothing major: we'll need to have the site changed to a CSS design (The current one is entirely based on table). The site is here; [login to view URL] Two requrements; 1) We need all pages be converted to CSS based design (using external CSS style sheets). Same content, same photos. same look and layout. We'll test the CSS based site on IE6 and fireFox. 2) You should notice that most pages except the first one ([login to view URL]) are framed. We need to remove the frame so the page is displayed without it. To bid on the project, you'll need to show us your previous works (CSS websites) to help us made the candidate selection decision.
