Design and Implement Welcome page for Facebook

I am looking for an expert to design and implement mini website for facebook welcome page. The custom welcome page will have: 1) same look and feel of out e-commerce website 2) opt-in to catch name and e-mail address 3) Video (that we have already uploaded on youtube) 4) links to our e-commerce website for the main categories 5) promote the "like" and "share" 6) landing page will be in Italian so I will provide you with the text An example of a similar welcome page is the following [login to view URL] Requirements: 1) you must be an experience graphic designer and developer of facebook fan pages 2) be able to show me examples of at least 5 pages that you have done similar to these functions to the one requested 3) must speak fluent English 4) must be available on skype Payment will be made only once the page has been uploaded and working for 1 day.
