Design enhancement of my website - joomla

hi, I have a website in 3 languages (french, uk english, and Usa english) I would like someone to enhance the design. We will keep the same structure of website, but it's just that i don't find it crazy designed. I need someone with creativity. I will of course guide you, because i know what i want, but i need someone who can suggest me something. for example, i would like to change the twitter and facebook button, and put some more funnies. About the logo, will need a mirror effect on the logo Change the colors of the backgrounds Edit some pages, with new images and buttons, for example this page: [login to view URL] I need something more organised, with nicer buttons...i will show you what i have in mind. Also important, i will need you to add a gallery. I've already uploaded the image on the ftp, but i will need you to add a nice galery to display the models. I'm willing to pay 30$ I need to be in contact with the designer directly, please don't bid if you outsource it. I need someone fully availalbe.
