Edit pdf and powerpoint files and change logo of a website

I have some pdf files, PowerPoint presentations and image file. In all, they are NOT more than 200 files combined. I also want to change the logo on a website to a new logo and to change the company name of the website to another company name.
I want someone who can do these customizations for me. Most of the files are just one page long, some are two pages long, three pages long etc. A few especially the powerpoint presentations are longer in page count. The changes to be made in all the files are all the same changes and not much.
I need this editing done and completed within 24 hours from now.
The criteria I will use to choose the freelancer to do this project are:
1. The freelancer that can complete the work faster
2. The freelancer that can do the customization in the best way possible ensuring uniformity of fonts etc while being thorough enough to be sure that every aspect of required changes are done right and completely.
3. Of course if you meet the above criteria and your price is better than others, it could give you an advantage over others equally qualified.

The corrections to be made in the 'test_1" and "'test_2" file are all in the file titled 'suggested_changes_to_be_made_in_files'.
