Landing Page for laptop, desktop and mobile phones

Need someone interested in the project below? If you are, please provide me with your cost to complete it? The person awarded with the project will need to provide content, design, and full mini-site integration to 1and1.com. Need to create a "generic" landing page ... no brand name ... focused on GENERATING CALLS ... so the phone number should appear 3 times within the landing page. The landing page should be basic, but have main menus, to give the feel of an actual website (kind of a minisite). Every menu page should mention the phone number to call. The Contact US page should allow to enter main contact information from user to receive additional information on the service. I will need your suggestions as far as how and where to save this information to be accessed via email. The fields required should be Name, Email and phone. The landing page should be optimized to fit DESKTOP (1080p), TABLETS (to fit an ipad as well as a smaller tablet, such as the Samsung galaxy) and MOBILE depending on where the user is viewing the page.
