Make Customer Wordpress theme

We are after a designer to implement a current wordpress design for us, jquiry nav bar so jquiry is important with this project. We need a wordpress theme to be made from our current image design we have made. There will be small changes from the current deign we have supplied but this is most of it. The site will have the following... - a Calendar we can add and date public training courses - contacus us forms to all pages (widget implementation) - ability to edit the page layout in back office, move element around if possible - 2 x differnt page layout all other pages will have the same home page layout - nav bar functionallity and the ability to add links to the nav bar in back end - newsletter sign up - video and home page slider - dynamic graphics on the home page eg maybe animate the logo in some way... or have some animations - animation 3d movement somewhere on the back descretely somewhere...
