Multi-Media Specialist

DESCRIPTION This is a contracted, technical position under the direction of the Senior Director of Public Affairs. The Multimedia Specialist is responsible for the design and development of print publications, CD-ROMS, and websites for GFWC member services and external relations, and is responsible for testing and adjusting each product to address technical issues, and produce documentation describing the creation, content, and processes of files. SCOPE OF WORK o GFWC Clubwoman Magazine – April+May issue (approximately 12 pages) to include the Call to Convention (approximately 48 pages) o GFWC Clubwoman Magazine - June+July issue (approximately 32 pages) o GFWC Convention Program – Distributed during GFWC International Convention June 12-15, 2010 (approximately 32 pages) o Other projects, including but not limited to: • design of menus and programs to be used during the GFWC Convention special events • design of other organizational communications, such as brochures, educational/training content, etc. on an as needed basis
