Real Estate Website Redesign

Need to have real estate website re-design. Main focus is the Home Page, looking for a nice clean, easy to navigate website that will incorporate all of the current features - pages we currently have but our current page has just been edited and changed so much that the design has left the site and it does not look very good. :( Looking for someone that has a proven track record and some experience designing real estate websites.
