Create a website that allows a person to create a profile and browse a list of services available at specific times at specific locations. The person can choose a service and pays a fee for doing so. The fee is held until the service is provided and then a portion of the service fee is forwarded to the service provider and the remainder retained by the website business.
The site must be built in Drupal. All eCommerce and Escrow capabilities must be Drupal modules or Drupal compatible. A template for Drupal for the site layout should be recommended. The home page should feature a Google Map of the service locations. Merchant processor for eCommerce is to be recommended. Hosting provider is to be recommended. domain name has been secured. compatibility with Google Analytics and banner ad display systems is expected.
A list of data fields that describe persons creating the profile, persons providing the service and the service it self will be provided.
A back-end website with administration, reporting and payment handling capabilities is required.
Phase 1 of this project will entail completion to both parties satisfaction a detailed system specification outlining the work to be performed, the functionality to be provided, the platforms and modules to be utilized and the non technical precursor requirements (banking, legal, reporting, etc.) (20% Milestone)
Phase 2 of this project will entail mounting a landing page for the project (10% Milestone)
Phase 3 will involve completion of a Beta site for testing and and two rounds of bug testing/edits (20% Milestone)
Phase 4 will involve roll-out of basic functionality, including security and commerce and basic search (Go-Live) with 21 day warrantee on site functionality and bug response in line with scope in original specification (30% Milestone)
Phase 5 will involve additional features such as feedback system, advanced search and power user modes with 21 day warrantee on site functionality and bug response in line with scope in original specification (20% Milestone)
