The website will be the online presence for a new "micro venture capital firm" entering the market.

Such startup will focus on small investments (<$5,000) in emerging and growth markets like Eastern Europe, Africa, South America and Asia. The firm is a generalist micro venture capital firm and does not have a specific sector of expertise. The investments are evaluated, approved, executed, groomed and supported directly from the local offices (and its employees) of the Firm.

The website foundations will be HTML 5 and we expect a final product that is visually beautiful, modern and conceptual. We require fantastic graphic, design and conceptual skills and full smart utilization of HTML 5 features and effects. The chosen developer will be required to utilize all other cutting edge programming languages and approaches necessary to achieve a breathtaking website that supports the professionalism and trustworthiness of the firm.

The website will serve the purpose of presenting the Firm to potential partners/investors, entrepreneurs and general business public. The website will need to have multilingual capabilities for every single word /section as the firm will cover a very diverse geographical area.

The full website will need to be editable from admin panel. This includes editing if necessary the menus, updating writing in informational pages, as well as adding/editing/deleting press releases, portfolio investments/companies, job opportunities, and employees profiles

The website will have seven pages/section:

(1) Home, (2) About Us,(3) Investment Approach, (4) Sectors, (5) Portfolio, (6) Our People, (7) Worldwide

In addition to these main pages/sections, there will need to be: "careers" section, "contact us" and "Submit Funding Request" section (for funding requests, visitor will need to input size of funding request, yearly turnover/profit without investment, yearly turnover/profit with investment, write a 1000 words Biz plan, include his-her contact details, agree to privacy-terms of service)

Some info to support you in development:

Home = will include a "news" module

About us =divided in History, Vision, Mission, Key Facts

Investment Approach = admin can add various investment approaches (title, image, short description max 250 characters)

Sectors = same process as for "investment approach"

Portfolio = admin can add new investments/companies within the portfolio section (name of Project Manager, name of company, company logo or picture, company owner, company industry, company description max 250 characters)

Our People = admin can add new project manager (name, picture, countries of focus, industries of focus, summary of experience, auto-updated list of investments he is responsible for pulled from "portfolio")

Worldwide = interactive world map of offices of the firm. Admin can "turn on" a country in the map from within admin and add details of the office (City, contacts, etc..). When this is done, the country selected will become "highlighted" to the visitors and somewhat interactive (on mouseover, the full "office summary" will be displayed)

News = simple creation from admin of news release (title, content, relevant office/country)

Careers = job posting creation from admin
