Project Description

We are a tour operator running our own tours in Africa. Under two years ago we had a new website built but the bookings have declined. We had the site optimised for SEO and also spend a fair amount on CPC advertising yet traffic is declining.

We are somewhat of the opinion that it is the navigation and user-friendliness of the site, rather than the content.

We DO NOT want a new website built but we do want an independent review of the site itself and the competition websites to advise us of changes we can make to the existing site to retain people on the site and, ultimately, get them to book with us.

The successful bidder must demonstrate an ability to analyse web-shopping behaviour and provide constructive feedback and positive solutions. This should be in the form of a report with recommended changes to the existing site. Previous experience in this field will be considered highly. We can provide a wealth of Google analytics, if that helps.
