Project Description

looking for someone to build a site similar to this site below. you can create a free account there and check everything out to give you a better understanding of what i am looking for. basically, the site will give the user a free product website they can promote and make money with. there is then an upsell option to have access to all 10+ niche sites. all the user has to do in the members area is enter the price they want to sell the product for, the title they want on the site, site owner name. on the next page they would enter their paypal email and it is automatically plugged into the site and they get a unique link to their new site immediately that they can go out and promote.

the site you can check out for exactly what i am looking for is here: [url removed, login to view] . this site runs a bit different than the one i wanted to duplicate before. i have screen shots of the other sites main page etc. that i can provide once you contact me. the main thing is that the site work with my 1shoppingcart autoresponder and asks for name, email, and for the user to create a password to create their account. also, if the user upgrades, there should be a way for the site to update and not show the upgraded users the "upgrade to pro" link in their members area. i have some additional pieces that will need to be added to the scripting as well since my site will be offering a different type of website for the end user.

i am not looking for graphics unless you can do graphics as well, but, i can get graphics done if you can just get the main portion of the site and scripting done to my requested specifications.

Another thing you will notice is that once a person signs up, and creates their first site, they get an automatic link to their new site. the sites i will be putting in will be niche digital products they can sell so they will get a sales page for the 1 product they get for free. if they upgrade, they can create all the niche sites i add to the system. they will just need to enter the name they want on the sales page, their paypal email address that will be inserted into the payment button, the $ amount they want to offer the product for which will also be plugged in on the sales page where needed, and will also enter their camapaign name from their autoresponder so it fills in the autoresponder details for the squeeze page they will receive for each as well so they can promote their squeeze page or their sales page. i would like the autoresponder info to work with imnica, get response and aweber. so the user can select which autoresponder they currently use, and then all they have to do is enter the info needed within each of these codes to tie it to their autoresponder such as the campaign name for the list they want the leads to be added to etc. they will not be able to change where the page redirects to once someone opts in. the person who opts in will be forwarded to that particular persons sales page. if they buy the product, the customer will be forwarded directly to a predetermined sign up page that i will have setup for each so they can signup on the buyers list and then be sent to the download page for that product. each product will only have one download page that i have access to.

another thing i would like the system to do is this. the users that upgrade will be paying around $[url removed, login to view] per month to continue to have access to their sites. if a persons payment does not go through or they cancel their membership, i would like to have something in the admin where i can disable a membership or have it do this automatically. if the payment does go through at a later date, it will be reactivated or i can just reactivate it by hand which might be the easier way to do things.
