Wireframe and graphic design for iPad app and web version

I want a designer that would create mocks and wireframes for my product which would be hosted on web and iPad native app. The product is based on social networking integration and would contain features like chat, forums, discussion boards, calendar, groups/communities etc. The designer should be able to create the mock for the web version and the native iPad iOS app. Please provide references of your past work (web and app) when you bid. I would need these in a week's time and I shall approve of the design before making complete payment. Thanks
