Project Description

I need a singe webpage design.
The webpage shows the property search results on a Google map.
Most of the real estate of the webpage is occupied by the Google map. So the page has only a few
design elements.
I need a simple but elegant design.
I need the design in HTML 5 and CSS 3 format.

The webpage has 3 broad design elements:
1. Map
2. List
3. Header

1. Map: it is basically a Google map showing the property search results by using different pointers for
different property types. A small window would popup on clicking the pointer which shows the basic
details of the respective property.
a. Pointers: 4 shapes –
i. Apartment: 4 colors – 1bhk, 2bhk, 3bhk, 4bhk
ii. Villa
iii. Commercial Space
iv. Land
i. Pop up (on clicking any pointer): Has following details –
i. Name of project
ii. Locality
iii. Contact form – ‘Name, Email, Phone’ text entering bars and ‘Submit’ button
i. List: side panel list of all properties. No photos. Only one line text in the format –
“Property type, Locality”
ii. Header:
i. Logo - refer to [url removed, login to view] for the logo. The colors of the logo are flexible and
could be changed according to the color scheme of the webpage.
ii. Contact – email, phone
iii. Search bar: as in the present Look at the website. has elements -
i. Drop downs- 1. City, 2. Property type, 3. Beds
ii. Search button

The concept of this webpage is inspired from several websites including 1. [url removed, login to view] map based search
results, 2. [url removed, login to view] search results, 3. [url removed, login to view]
Refer to the above websites to get an idea.
