Project Description

This project is to create a mobile web site that:

1. incorporates a simple checklist
2. allows each of the checklist questions to be answered in one of the following ways:
* yes or no
* Free-text
* number
* drop down selections
3. when prompted, cause the mobile device camera to open and capture photos, then embed the photos where required.

For example:

Q1. What material is your roof? (select from Colourbond, Concrete tiles, Terracotta tiles, Asbestos, Other)
Q2. What is the floor area of your house (in m2)?
Q3. Is your property maintained in good condition?
Q4. Photograph of front of house:
Q5. Photograph of rear of house:
Q6. Your email address:
etc

There is likely to be 20 or so questions.

Once the checklist is complete, the web page will carry out a check of incomplete questions and prompt the user to complete unanswered questions.

Once the checklist is complete, a copy of the checklist, including photo's will be issued to the web page administrators email address, with a copy to the users email address. The email is to be in rich text format with the web page administrators logo image embedded.

The mobile web site will need to work across all popular iOs, Android & Windows7 mobile devices. Alternatively, the Freelancer developer needs to confirm which devices will not be supported, prior to the project being awarded.

Causing a mobile web site to open an app native to the mobile device (ie the camera) may be problematic over multiple platforms, so the winning tenderer will need to provide proof of concept before the project will be awarded.
