Move section from old website to new website.

Hi I currently have shifted my website to Squarespace, however I was unable to copy one of the sections to the new site. All I need is someone to basically copy the old section from the old site to the new site. The section in the old site basically allowed the user to select a category, two options as well as upload an image. This shouldn't be difficult for a web designer to do. The new site is hosted on Squarespace and the old site is hosted on Crazydomains. I will provide you with the login details for both.
The section will need to match the theme of the new site which is a very easy task.
