Project Description

We are looking for a reliable and affordable designer with good photoshop, html5 and css knowledge. jQuery is a plus:

We already hired two persons, and they delayed us a lot as here were not focused on detail, and they took a lot to fix minor issues.

So please only bid if you can work on this right now. We are one of the top developers in freelancer with more than 300 projects completed, so if this is successful you will have plenty of work from us. But the key of our success is attention to detail, so we need that from you.

Here is a screenshot of a toolbar we are developing. We have a full html template, the tabs are functional, and it has some basic html. We have full psd for the entire design.

And here is how it looks currently:

For this work we need:

All tabs

* Increase inputs height to the ones shown in the psd and align/place properly.

* Evaluate use of [url removed, login to view] to keep current select boxes easier to resize. Let us know you thought about this or other plugin in your bid.

Frames and backgrounds tabs

[url removed, login to view] (there is a another similar tab)

* Make the required design, with images for each category. We will integrate the bottom selector, but we need sample styles.

Quote tabs

* Research about multiline select for award title. [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view]

Can we style this? Please let us know your thoughts with your bid too and start your bid with the code "4853453" so we know you read this.

We can implement the jquery code, but we need sample html/styles and some guidelines to implement it too (or if you prefer you can add the jquery code, but we need clear and commented one). Let us know if you want to do this (we prefer to manage that, and just having you making the UI part, but it's fine if you think this will work better).
