Software Developing on SQL & Front End asp .net

Dear Freelancer, We are looking for a Freelancer to work on this project for atleast 30days, we want the freelancer to build a software program (application), the same has to be a web based application, backend can be SQL & Front end can be ASP .net or php, it has to be completely backed with remote support by teamviewer/telephonic support for atleast 1year, the freelancer will require to sign the NDA after the project is awarded. This software program (application) will not be distrubuted by the Freelancer nor will be developed/replicated. The freelancer has to provide all the source codes, program files & necessary files to run the software. The freelancer has to link the software(application) with Smart Card reader (SDK will be provided). The average reports to be generated by the software will be approximately 19-20 and forms will be approximately 8-10. It has to be a complete Relational Database system.
