Community Website (Freelancer Services/Directory) (China) I'm looking to create a database driven website that allows users to use a detailed search criteria to find people/businesses in their area. Search results should show a list of mini profiles. Each of which could be selected to view a more detailed profile/contact information. There would be 3 of membership. Free, Certified and Commercial. Each additional category would have a slightly more complex/attractive profile summary. The website should be professional and modern with a social networking type feel. The following functionality would be required: 1) Logo/Web Design/Branding 2) Freelancer Registration (Fill in forms and get added to database) 3) Freelancer/Customer Messaging Platform 4) Content Management System 5) Freelancer Review System 6) Payment Gateways (Experience in China preferred) 7) E-Newsletters 8) SEO services 9) Bilingual (Chinese/English) 10) Sales Agent Logins to track commissions/recorded freelancer signup. 11) Adsense Integration
