We are looking for someone to create a Magento theme based on PSD files we have already received from the client. They do have an existing Magento site with a similar appearance, but their previous developers hard coded the site rather than build a theme that would work after 1.4. Access to existing test database would be provided. - Theme must work with existing database - Must be SEO friendly - Theme needs to be compatible with Magento Community Edition 1.7.0.2 - It would need to either have an upselling feature, or have space allocated for an upselling plugin (This is very important so a decision would have to be made early on if it would be part of the theme or a plugin) - Mobile compatible or responsive if possible (bearing in mind the budget) - Must make full use of the cms to allow users to edit dynamic areas of the site.

We can use a web 3.0 framework to develop the front-end of the website and we will use Magento for ecommerce solution, Magento also offers mobile theme integration in the back-end where as mobile themes can be either custom designed or purchased and then integrate them for a mobile solution, but this solution is also a web based solution. HTML 5 responsive layout the best solution these days for multiple Mobile platforms. Thanks
