Project Description

I am looking for a developer to create a mobile app (iOS and Android) and website to go along with it. The app and website have to interact seamlessly and the site has to allow users to log on, view reports, add information to reports, manage account, etc. The app would do the same thing. The concept is this...With all controlled medications, there is a laundry list of information that has to be collected with each prescription. I want to create an app that will track the controlled substances for sure and probably all medications. Essentially the app will allow us to track all of the drug usage and then generate reports. The bottles all have bar codes on them, so scanning the bottles for the information of what is in them is a must. It would be nice if the data could be compiled so that we could set up a SAAS system so that the product could be licensed and the reports were being held for remote generation.

The app flow would work like this...after the splash page, the user would have a screen that would require a log in. Once the user has logged in they would have four function options. Inventory, Receiving, Dispensing and Reporting. There should also be a setting button and a help button. When the user selects the inventory button, they would either scan the bottle bar code or enter the NDC number, they would then be able to see the drug information and how many pills were left. When they are done, they would press the finish button and return to the menu screen. The receiving button would take the user to the receiving screen. They would either scan the bottle bar code or enter the NDC number, they need to be able to scan multiple bottles in one session. After each bottle is scanned, they would get a screen that shows the bottle information to verify the scan. After they have scanned all the bottles for the session, they would get an invoice screen that will summarize everything that they have scanned, with the date and two text lines they can use to enter the invoice numbers for the order. The Dispensing button will all for scanning the bottle so that the drug information is attached, a line to enter the RX number and quantity dispensed. This screen will also show how many pills are left in the bottle after the dispensing (this would be a calculated field). The Reporting button would have various pre-configured reports available to the user. These reports could be inventory on hand, discrepancy report, low quantity, etc.

The website would allow the user to do the exact same things. Additionally if the user is without a data connection for some reason, they need to be able to sync to the website via cable sync on a desktop computer.
