Project Description

Need the building of an antifraud API and a web site that allows the management of the API and related rules.\r\n\r\nRequest/Response fields are attached. These are very standard input fields for this type of system. There are some static rules which are in most cases boolean returns or comparing a submitted value to a database. I need some basic velocity checks which should be easy, I am also adding some whitelist/black list capabilities for the account (there will still be global blacklists available) again these are just lookups. I have documented field requirements (length), input validation rules (a must), I also can provide info on how each check works including formulas to calculate the distance between addresses, etc. I can even put together the DB if you really need help. The goal is to build out the API first then put the site on top of that. I'm going to run this on either something like 1&[url removed, login to view] or Azure. I'm sure there will be lots of questions so just message me. I have an extensive background in anti-fraud and can walk through any question you may have.\r\n\r\nMaking this secure is a must (input validation a must), coder must write clean code and document (comments in the code and some sort of master doc), need a coder who writes modular code (no monolithic app here).\r\n\r\nIf interest please contact for details. If selected future code work may be available to you for enhancements.\r\n\r\nI have two sites which are a good example of what I'm trying to achieve, message me and I'll send them along. It will be very clear what I need when you look at them.
