Actinic eCommerce Site Modification

Modification of an Existing Home-page of an ECommerce site using Actinic E-commerce Shopping Cart Software V7. This will encompass activities such as: Limited modification of ecommerce home page design/layout to make more seo friendly. This will require modification of an existing template design [login to view URL] further design alterations to move / alter links, sitemap links, etc some cosmetic design needed. • To have the ability to add 250 to 375 words content below the first 4 images on the site (It would be better to have the text at the top of the site as it would be easily and quickly crawlable, but we don’t think this is practicable or viewer friendly) The text should not be just keywords...they should be proper sentences with keywords). Our suggestion (unless someone has a better one) is to widen the site so that it fits the full width of the screen (the left hand tab may need to be altered) and take-off the special offers section adding the text to this area below the 4 images. This text needs to have some of its words in bold or h1, h2, strong etc plus some of the words to have hypertext links to internal pages on the site. • Change the actinic links down the left hand side of home page replacing the actinic cgi redirect links with direct page links going to the brand names The links should have keywords in them (brands that have both ink and toner may need an intermediate page to be set up allowing the user to select either ink or toner etc). • We would like to keep the same tab heads as per the top of the home page but add a Blog page. • To put a certain small amount of text at the very top of the site different on different pages • Put a 2 or 3 column product listing structure with hyperlinks under the main page text on the home page. • To change some of the options on the checkout process- need to change some of the things on the checkout screens – take away ability to enter Purchase Order Numbers etc, • As we are selling into the UK only –standard one-off shipping charges of £1.95 (for small items ie ink jet cartridges up to say 10 items) one off shipping charge of £ 4.90 for laser toner cartridges. • The ability to add another payment provider option to the site plus add some cookie code to a thank you screen after a sale has been completed (PayPal does return the customer to merchant site therefore we would have to change payment providers to do this).
