This is a easy template, because it will look exactly like our homepage. What we need on this is 100% XHTML (validate) no iFrames, no tables, we need the template to run fast.

This site is based off of shoes, so each forum will have a custom "Status Icon". Ajax style plugin at the top as well.

Must have knowledge of VBulletin plugins, (have ads between post plugin, etc).
