Project Description

I want someone to create me a piece of software that can interface with cisco UCCX (version 7 and above) and publish wall board statistics as well as other multimedia content that the user chooses to display via a web browser.

The idea for this software is that it is affordable and has a really modern feel to it. Current wallboard software is outdated, looks very basic and is very flexible.

The software will need to have 'modules' or 'widgets' that the user can choose to display on the webpage and in some predefined locations. Some of those widgets should have the ability to display the users content, i.e. free text boxes, youtube videos, presentations.

The widgets should be expandable as well. For example if you have a 3x3 grid of available widget spaces I may choose that I want to display Agent ready status down the left spanning all three boxes from top to bottom (1x3) - then I may choose to display current SLA status in just the top right had box only (1x1).

All widgets must have a modern 'info-graphic' feel to them so that they are eye catching and appealing to the modern day user with the options to change colours and display types i.e. from infographics to just text, etc.

There must be a multitude of widgets to display data such as: num calls queuing on different CSQs, current SLA, month to date SLA, agent ready status, etc.

The software must have the ability to be expanded upon and developed as Cisco will release new versions and client needs will alter.

This is very much a basic outline of the project so I would be expecting to work with a developer in detail to produce this piece of software.
