HTML 5 website dashboard Dundas SQL reports loyalty system

I use Microsoft SQL for recording all the details from gaming machines in a casino as well as player tracking. I am looking for a web design to display reports, specifically using Dashboards(Dundas or others) with drill down facility. I also want to be able to perform analysis/report generation of the data based on user input details or drop down keyword lists etc.., such as between 10:00 and 11:00 show me the people that input more than $10. I also need graphically to display the position of all the machines in a casino and overlay their performance indicators. I also need to be able to edit and create the layout and positioning of each machine on each floor. I also need standard reports in tabular format and financially formatted reports, best 20 machines, worst 20 machines etc. I also need to be able to set alerts and be notified via email and on screen when an alert has been triggered, such as if a machine had paid out more than a set amount in a 24 hour period etc.. I also also looking to build a Loyalty management interface as well. I currently use a windows based app and wish to move to HTML 5
