LEGEND E-COMMERCE PLATFORM
The Legend TradeManager is a website accessible e-commerce platform.
The requirements of the Legend TradeManager Platform are attached in the word document under the Project Criteria.
The software developer must meet all these requirements for successful completion of the project.
Our system will offer both the factory and client numerous advantages over their competition by allowing a greater level of service to clients and providing Legend Sportswear Management greater control & oversight of its production operation.
The first point of access for our clients will be the Legend website: [url removed, login to view] All clients access this platform through an SSL encrypted website portal through a login page on the website. There are three levels of account access privileges: Administrator/Management Accounts, Staff Accounts and Client accounts. All account levels access rights are set during account creation.
Clients will login to the portal system via their limited rights account (All rights for accounts will be managed by the Administrator/Management Accounts).
The Client Account will allow you to upload, view and electronically authorize Sublimation files (.ai,.cdr) for production. Clients can notify changes to orders, manage their current & outgoing orders, view progress of current production, track delivery of garments with integrated DHL tracking, view financial accounts and invoices with .PDF, .txt receipts for financial software.
Clients can contact merchandising staff via integration into all pages of Legend TradeManager with Skype Communication & Messenger. All communication will be recorded and logged to the Legend Server.
All staff accounts for Merchandizing staff have limited privileges and can update production progress & delivery details on their respective clients accounts to oversee their production through to delivery and ultimately provide better service to our clients.
The most important aspect of our system is the interface. We strive for an intuitive and simple interface for our users to provide a quicker turnaround.
The website will need to be redesigned to better represent our corporate image.

The Order & Payment Management should be similar to eBay TradeManager. Clients should have a simple interface as an overview of their account with simple icons to show Order progress, Invoices, Design/Artwork, documents, Payment notification, DHL tracking, etc.
