Ecommerce Website Small Bugs Removal Req

We have a online Store called - T H E I T W A R E [login to view URL] We are looking for someone to remove some Bugs that it has and to customize it a bit. Below is what is required. Products list page shows products randomly every time it is refreshed or when we go from one page to another hence many times the same products show up again even when a customer goes from page 1 to page 2 and due to this "Sort by Price" Feature does not work correctly, we also want the Sort by Price Feature should be like a drop down box in which the customer can select High to Low and Low to High. The Subcategories should show the Number of Products in that Subcategory. Add a "Deal of the Day" Box on the Home Page and we should be able to give Special Offers with Products like Buy This Product and get something for free.
