Need to create a new theme for the site , with keeping below details in mind:

"The site will have three main sections:

1. “All-Pay Auction” - in which all participants (bidders) must pay a non-refundable fee to place a small incremental bid. When time expires, the last participant to have placed a bid wins the item. The seller makes money by collecting all bids.

How It Works

a. Bidding

Participant adds the amount of money that he expects to bid, into his account’s “wallet”. Once the money is added, participant is allowed to place non-refundable bids on the item that he likes. Once the auction is over, seller collects all the bids placed on the item.

For example, if an item is worth $1000 has 5000 bids placed by the end of an auction, where each bid equals to $1, seller receives a total of $5000. This represents a profit of $4000 for the seller. Assuming the winning bidder used 100 bids in the process, they would have paid a total of $100 for the final price, thus saving $900. It must be noted that had they not won the auction they would still be out $100 for the bids without receiving the item.

b. Timer

The timer counts down consecutively until it gets below 0:20 seconds. From that point on, the timer will reset to 0:20 seconds every time a bid is placed, thereby giving other participants a chance to bid again.

After a certain number of bids, the timer will begin resetting to 0:15 seconds after each bid. Finally, the timer will reset itself to 0:10 seconds each time a bid is placed. When the time expires, the auction ends and the last person to bid wins the item.

2. “Regular Auction” - unlike eBay that uses “Proxy-Bid” style of auctioning, our site will utilize “English-Auction” style. It is the most common and less confusing to the client. The auctioneer (seller) opens the auction with suggested opening bid, a starting price, reserve or no reserve for the item on sale and then accepts increasingly higher bids from participants interested in the item. The highest bidder at any given moment is considered to have the standing bid, which can only be displaced by a higher bid from a competing buyer. If no competing bidder challenges the standing bid before auction timer runs out, the standing bid becomes the winner, and the item is sold to the highest bidder at a price equal to his or her bid.

3. “Buy It Now Option” - Buy It Now is the simplest way to buy an item. It lets you buy an item when you want it, at a fixed price.

Mention zahir in your bid else it will be ignored/hidden from review.

kindly quote the lowest cost you can manage, also keep in mind admin panel & most of the front-end is already there, since we have purchased the code single domain license.

Must deliver on time.

No upfront, sorry.

50% will be in escrow at immediate start & rest will be added once basic site front-end is designed & up on test server.

Lowest cost & good profile will win the project.

Happy bidding.
