Project Budget$250 - $750 USD
We already have an online Magento store, at www.kairaliproducts.com. It is basically a herbal medicines store and is run out of India. It needs a few fixes -
- Integration of Paypal as a payment option
Currently, the store only offers CCAvenues as a payment option. We do not like the look and feel of it, and want to offer Paypal as an option as well. However, there might be one or two issues here - Paypal might not allow Indian customers to buy from the store since local regulations do not allow Paypal to be used when the buyer and seller are both in India. This needs to be looked into and a solution found. Also, it needs to support multiple currencies (USD, EUR, INR etc).
- Integration of ShareASale affiliate tracking
We plan on using ShareASale to promote the store using affiliate marketing. The integration has almost been completed, with the one minor flaw that when a customer pays using CCAvenue, they are misdirected to a non-existent page on [url removed, login to view] instead of a "transaction successful" page which would fire the tracking pixel. Similarly, after Paypal integration that should also redirect to this page.
- Automatic currency selection
The store should use geo-location to automatically set the currency depending on the location of the customer. Also, the option to change currency should be on every single page, preferable a part of the header near the search box on the top right.
- Fix mouseover images
The "add to cart" button on any product page flips vertically when the mouse pointer hovers over it. This should be fixed so that just the color appears to change, and the button shape stays the same. Similarly, the "proceed to checkout" button (and a couple of other buttons) on the cart page ([url removed, login to view]) has very poor contrast on its mouseover.
- The Home button
On the main menu, the leftmost link which is "Home" has a different background compared to all the other links. This should either be the same as all the other buttons, or should be removed completely. It is understood that clicking on the main logo takes you to the home page of any online store.
- Product listing appearance
On a page with a list of products, like [url removed, login to view], the product listing does not look appealing. Product names should not be displayed in all uppercase. Remove "Add to wishlist" and "Add to compare" links. They don't add much value.
There be a few other minor cosmetic changes as well. However, the list given above is 99% complete.
